Since 2019, I've been running film series each academic year. The goal is to provide a space for community engagement and cultural enrichment for people at Averett University and in the broader Danville-area community.

 

We view foreign films and then discuss them in historical and political context. In 2019-2020, I organized a Russian Film Series, following it with a European Film Series (2021-2022) and a World Film Series (2022-2023).
